Hunter Nunn

Raised in Longview, Texas, Hunter’s path toward fighting for the rights of his clients began in Pine Tree High School, as he experienced the lessons learned from overcoming challenges within a team environment as a linebacker for the Pirates. He attended college and then law school at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville, where he pursued his interests in law as a member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. It was as a law student at the University of Arkansas that Hunter met his future legal partner, Amos S. Waranch. The two stuck it off immediately and have maintained a long-lasting personal friendship which led to their decision to join forces and form Waranch Dunn, PLLC.

Always dedicated to the rights of those who have been wronged, Hunter’s legal work focuses on personal injury cases, specifically those in which his clients have life-altering or debilitating injuries that were caused by the negligence of others. Hunter’s experience is both broad and deep in this arena, having handled cases involving amputations, surgeries, and traumatic brain injuries, among others. He has litigated claims against a full spectrum of companies and individuals including hotels, gyms, retail stores, and construction companies and contractors. Above and beyond the legal ramifications for his clients, Hunter believes in compassion and a personal approach to law, having handled challenging cases in which his clients have suffered serious injuries. He seeks to improve their quality of life, both through legal means, and in terms of a well-balanced approach to life as a whole.

Hunter’s legal prowess in the field of litigation and protection for those who have been wronged by others has its roots in his prior work for insurance companies. During his time in this field, Hunter worked to defend individuals and businesses in personal injury and other cases, a role he undertook prior to the formation of Waranch and Nunn, PLLC. His successes during those years included obtaining two summary judgments along with two appeals court victories. Now, Hunter has chosen to use the skills he developed while defending personal injury cases to help those who are wrongfully injured by the actions of others.

In his personal time, Hunter enjoys watching the Arkansas Razorbacks and all Dallas professional sports teams play. He is an avid guitar player and has been playing since he was in grade school. He also enjoys Hill Country road trips with his wife.
